Appreciated our stay, had good 1 day overall. Our room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The big size bathroom and the rest was fairly clean. The location was favourable, not very far from a shopping plaza.

Room was absolutely fabulous and fine, staff was pretty friendly. Functional hotel and polite service. This venue was set in a central area adjacent to shopping center and Union Square and that is the poorest part of San Francisco.
There were bad beds in our room.

We liked staff and location of this fabulous boutique hotel. Large bedroom and fine beds. Courtesy from the whole staff. Restaurant was great, it had hot dishes.
Terrible bathroom, Wi-Fi connection was weak, we were a little disappointed.

The room was quite original and spotless. Workers were amiable, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city. All in all an brilliant hotel and very very good stay.

It was fairly clean place, staff were outstandingly accommodating, and I appreciated my comfy room. And it also had particularly good view. The hotel was exceptionally good and in a central location.

I loved that the foyer was impressive. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from center. The service was all in all GREAT. My favorite property in San Francisco, the staff was absolutely lovely.
Refrigerator was missed.

The room was really clean, the staff was fantastic, and it was next to where we needed to be. Stopped by Wing Lum Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's not very far from the venue, recommend👍
